Our Onion Cheese Hamburger Bun comes pre-sliced with a handmade look and white onion, cheddar and jack cheese, and sesame seed finish. This burger bun can hold up to juicy patties when cooked rare or medium-rare, and allows for preparations that are liberal with spreads and sauces without being overwhelmingly dense. Best used for hamburgers between 1/3lb and 1/2lb. Also, an outstanding companion for BBQ and sliced deli meats. No HFCS or trans fats.
