Our light rye bun is made with rye flour, fragrant carraway seeds, and finished with an gloss washed top. This bun can hold up to juicy patties when cooked rare or medium-rare. Allows for preparations that are liberal with spreads and sauces without being overwhelmingly dense. Best used for hamburgers between 1/3lb and 1/2lb. A perfect choice for for an upscale Reuben or pastrami sandwich. No HFCS or trans fats.
